Both Yoga Nidra and Sound Baths are excellent at restoring energy levels, reducing anxiety, insomnia and even blood pressure. They can also help you gently release trapped emotions.
Things to know - when you come to a Relaxation Lounge event, you need to make sure you will be warm and comfortable. It is best to wear loose warm clothes and bring a mat to lie on, cushions for under your head or back of knees and a thick blanket or duvet. Some people even like to wear an eye mask.
